President's Corner

On behalf of the officers and members of North Arundel County Alumnae Chapter (NACAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., I thank you for visiting our website.
Since 1989, North Arundel County Alumnae Chapter has executed the mission and vision of the Sorority within Anne Arundel County, particularly in the North and West.
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., has a legacy that spans over 100 years of committed public service through the execution of the Sorority's Five-Point Thrust: Economic Development, Education Development, Physical and Mental Health, Political Awareness and Involvement and International Awareness and Involvement. Through purposeful partnerships, NACAC is also committed to continue addressing the physical, mental, social and economic issues that plague our families in the Northern and Western areas of Anne Arundel County.
NACAC aims to collaborate with other service-oriented agencies and organizations to revitalize and restore hope in our communities and within our families. With a focus on social action, actualized through sustainable initiatives and programs, NACAC will provide youth mentoring programs, meals and clothing to the homeless and families in need, award scholarships to those furthering their education, and serve as resources, advocates and change agents for the underserved and underrepresented.
Thank you in advance for visiting NACAC’s website to learn about what we are doing to make an impact in our service areas. Please feel free to view our calendar for events and activities that you may be interested in participating in, and/or partnering with us to build stronger communities. I appreciate your inquiry and hope that you will consider supporting one or more of our public service programs; together, helping to make a long-lasting impact on youth and families in Anne Arundel County.
NACAC is Committed to Building Stronger Communities through Sisterhood and Service: with Strength in our Voice, Service in our Hearts and Power to make a Difference
